The Narrative Condos is a new condo project by Crown Communities and is currently in pre-construction. The Narrative architect is designed by Kirkor Architect + Planners. The new project will be located at 7437 Kingston Road in Scarborough. The major intersection is Kingston Road & Sheppard Avenue East.
The Narrative Condos will be two 11 storey buildings with 422 mixed condo units. Units will be a mix of one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom layout. The estimated completion date for The Narrative Condos is set for Fall 2025.
